17 Section 65. Subsection (12) of section 477.013,
18 Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 477.013 Definitions.--As used in this chapter:
20 (12) "Body wrapping" means a treatment program that
21 uses herbal wraps for the purposes of weight loss and of
22 cleansing and beautifying the skin of the body, but does not
23 include:
24 (a) The application of oils, lotions, or other fluids
25 to the body, except fluids contained in presoaked materials
26 used in the wraps; or
27 (b) Manipulation of the body's superficial tissue,
28 other than that arising from compression emanating from the
29 wrap materials.
