14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 63, between lines 19 and 20,

17  and insert:

18         Section 40.  The sum of $200,000 is appropriated from

19  the Insurance Commissioner's Regulatory Trust Fund to the

20  Office of Legislative Services for the purpose of implementing

21  the legislative intent expressed in s. 624.215(1), Florida

22  Statutes, for a systematic review of current mandated health

23  coverages. The review must be conducted by certified actuaries

24  and other appropriate professionals and shall consist of an

25  assessment of the impact, including, but not limited to, the

26  costs and benefits, of current mandated health coverages using

27  the guidelines provided in s. 624.215(2), Florida Statutes.

28  This assessment shall establish the aggregate cost of mandated

29  health coverages.
