18 Section 41. All protocols relating to electrolysis or
19 electrology using needle-type epilation devices by persons
20 other than physicians licensed under chapter 458 or chapter
21 459 shall require the person performing such service to be
22 appropriately trained and work only under the general
23 supervision of a physician licensed under chapter 458 or
24 chapter 459.
