13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 3, lines 1 and 2, delete those lines

16  and insert:  date of deposit shall escheat to the state to be

17  deposited in the Department of Elderly Affairs Administrative

18  Trust Fund for the benefit of the Statewide Public

19  Guardianship Office public guardianship.
