  1         Section 1.  Effective July 1, 2000, section 14.025,

  2  Florida Statutes, is repealed.

  4         Reviser's note.--The cited section, which

  5         relates to executive powers for year 2000

  6         computer remediation, expires pursuant to its

  7         own terms, effective July 1, 2000.

  9         Section 2.  Effective July 1, 2000, paragraph (e) of

10  subsection (5) of section 20.171, Florida Statutes, is

11  repealed.

13         Reviser's note.--The cited paragraph, which

14         provides for the Division of Safety within the

15         Department of Labor and Employment Security,

16         expires pursuant to its own terms, effective

17         July 1, 2000.

19         Section 3.  Subsection (3) of section 61.1812, Florida

20  Statutes, is repealed.

23         relates to granting of a property tax exemption

24         for property entitled to a charitable exemption

26         not timely filed under certain circumstances,

27         expired pursuant to its own terms, effective

30         Section 7.  Effective July 1, 2000, subsection (11) of

31  section 199.052, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

  2         relates to requirements for intangible tax

  3         returns filed by banking organizations relating

  4         to international banking transactions owned by

  5         the banking organizations, is repealed by s. 3,

  6         ch. 98-132, Laws of Florida, effective July 1,

  7         2000.  Since the subsection is not repealed by

  8         a "current session" of the Legislature, it may

  9         be omitted from the Florida Statutes 2000 only

10         through a reviser's bill duly enacted by the

11         Legislature. See s. 11.242(5)(b) and (i).

13         Section 8.  Sections 199.104 and 220.68, Florida

14  Statutes, are repealed.

16         Reviser's note.--The cited sections, which

17         relate to specified tax credits for banks and

18         savings associations, were repealed by s. 8,

19         ch. 98-132, Laws of Florida, "[e]ffective for

20         tax years beginning after December 31, 1999."

21         Since the sections were not repealed by a

22         "current session" of the Legislature, they may

23         be omitted from the Florida Statutes 2000 only
