14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 17, lines 18-30, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         Section 49.  Effective July 1, 2000, paragraph (b) of

19  subsection (6) of section 288.9956, Florida Statutes, is

20  repealed.

22         Reviser's note.--Paragraph (6)(b) is repealed

23         to delete a provision requiring a review and

24         report relating to the workforce development

25         system,
