21         later than July 1988.

23         Section 2.  Paragraph (g) of subsection (2) of section

24  16.58, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

27         development of a pilot project of staff or

28         contract court reporters to provide court

29         reporting services to state agencies and

30         requiring recommendations for the pilot program

  5         county commissioners to adopt forms furnished

  6         in accordance with s. 142.17, which was

12         Section 14.  Subsection (2) of section 159.345,

13  subsection (2) of section 159.475, and subsection (2) of

14  section 159.7055, Florida Statutes, are repealed.

16         Reviser's note.--Repeals provisions requiring

17         the Division of Bond Finance to provide copies

18         of specified reports to the Division of

19         Economic Development of the Department of

20         Commerce.  Section 20.17, which created the

21         Department of Commerce, was repealed by s. 3,

24         Section 15.  Subsection (2) of section 161.56, Florida

25  Statutes, is repealed.

28         local governments to provide evidence of

29         adoption of a building code to the state land

30         planning agency and requiring the agency,

31         within 90 days after January 1, 1987, to submit

  9         Reviser's note.--Repeals a provision that

10         requires deposit of funds withheld from a local

11         government as a sanction for noncompliance of

12         its comprehensive plan into the Growth

13         Management Trust Fund created by s. 186.911.

14         Section 186.911, which created the Growth

15         Management Trust Fund, was repealed by s. 1,

16         ch. 95-145, Laws of Florida.

18         Section 17.  Subsection (7) of section 163.3187,

19  Florida Statutes, is repealed.

21         Reviser's note.--Repeals a provision that

22         requires consideration of an increase in the

23         annual total acreage threshold for small scale

24         comprehensive plan amendments and a report by

25         the state land planning agency on or before

26         January 15, 1996.

28         Section 18.  Subsections (13) and (15) of section

29  163.3191, Florida Statutes, are repealed.

  1         Reviser's note.--Repeals provisions that are

  2         obsolete.  Subsection (13) requires submittal

  3         "within 1 year after the effective date of this

  4         act" of a report on coordination efforts of

  5         local, regional, and state agencies to improve

  6         technical assistance for evaluation and

  7         appraisal reports and update comprehensive plan

  8         amendments.  Subsection (13) was enacted by s.

  9         14, ch. 98-176, Laws of Florida, effective

10         October 1, 1998.  Subsection (15) requires

11         evaluation of an evaluation and appraisal

12         report due for adoption before October 1, 1998,

13         and allows for local governments to choose the

14         evaluation method for their reports if the

15         adoption date is after September 30, 1998, and

16         before February 2, 1999.

18         Section 19.  Subparagraph 4. of paragraph (d) of

19  subsection (9) of section 166.231, Florida Statutes, is

20  repealed.

22         Reviser's note.--Repeals a provision

23         authorizing assessment on a pro rata basis of

24         any shortfall in the municipal utility tax

25         assessment from telecommunications services if

26         the amount collected for July 1, 1995, to June

27         30, 1996, is less than the amount collected for

28         July 1, 1994, to June 30, 1995.

  2  paragraph (a) of subsection (3) of section 190.006, Florida

  6         each community development district in

  7         existence on June 21, 1991, to, within 60 days,

  8         determine the number of qualified electors in

  9         the district as of June 21, 1991, using the

10         official records maintained by the supervisor

11         of elections and property appraiser or tax

12         collector in the county.

14         Section 21.  Subsection (3) of section 193.621, Florida

15  Statutes, is repealed.

18         to assessment of pollution control devices that

19         specifically applies only if demolition and

20         removal commences prior to September 1, 1969,

21         and if reconstruction and replacement are

22         completed and installed prior to September 1,

23         1971.

26  211.025, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
