3 "within 1 year after the effective date of this
4 act" of a report on coordination efforts of
5 local, regional, and state agencies to improve
6 technical assistance for evaluation and
7 appraisal reports and update comprehensive plan
8 amendments. Subsection (13) was enacted by s.
9 14, ch. 98-176, Laws of Florida, effective
10 October 1, 1998. Subsection (15) requires
11 evaluation of an evaluation and appraisal
12 report due for adoption before October 1, 1998,
13 and allows for local governments to choose the
14 evaluation method for their reports if the
15 adoption date is after September 30, 1998, and
16 before February 2, 1999.

18 Section 19. Subparagraph 4. of paragraph (d) of
