14         On page 1, lines 24 and 25, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         4.  Serves food and beverages at the facility during

18  sanctioned events each calendar year through concession

19  outlets, a majority of which are staffed by individuals who

20  represent or are members of one or more nonprofit civic or

21  charitable organizations that directly financially benefit

22  from such concession outlet sales;
