15         On page 2, line 5 of the bill after the period

17  insert:  Except that those individuals with incomes between

18  100 percent and 185 percent of the federal poverty level shall

19  have out-of-pocket prescription expenses that exceed or are

20  projected to exceed 5 percent of their annual income after

21  payments by other liable entities are deducted.
