13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, line 23, through page 3, line 26, delete

15  those lines

17  and insert:

18         104.091  Aiding, abetting, or advising violation of the

19  code.--

20         (1)  Any person who shall knowingly aids aid, abets,

21  abet or advises in advise the violation of this code shall be

22  punished in like manner as the principal offender.

23         (2)  Any person who knowingly aids or abets another

24  person who has violated this code, with the intent that the

25  principal offender avoid detection, arrest, or prosecution,

26  shall be punished in like manner as the principal offender.

 9         for that person to avoid detection, arrest, or

10         prosecution, is punishable in like manner as

11         the principal offender;
