14         On page 4, between lines 25 and 26 of the bill

16  insert:

17           (3)  A faith-based organization receiving funding

18  under the Reducing Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities:

19  Closing the Gap Act must be a nonprofit organization holding a

20  current exemption from federal taxation under s. 501(c)(3) of

21  the Internal Revenue Code.  Funding under this section shall

22  not be used for religious or sectarian purposes.
