15         On page 182, lines 2 through 8,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines,

18  and insert in lieu thereof:  Innovation, who shall be

19  appointed by the Governor. Within the agency's overall

20  organizational structure, the agency shall include the

21  following offices which shall have the specified

22  responsibilities:

23         (a)  The Office of Workforce Services shall administer

24  state merit system program staff within the workforce service

25  delivery system, pursuant to policies of Workforce Florida,

26  Inc. The office shall be directed by the Deputy Director for
