15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         Section 159.  This act shall take effect upon receipt

19  of confirmation from the U.S. Department of Labor that the

20  labor-related provisions herein are either in compliance with

21  current federal regulations or that the state has been granted

22  a federal waiver from compliance.
