17  insert:

18         (6) The Department of Labor and Employment Security

19  shall develop a plan to reduce the department's existing

20  full-time positions to reflect the remaining mission of the

21  department.  The department shall submit a budget amendment

22  for legislative notice and review under s. 216.177, Florida

23  Statutes, to implement the plan by October 1, 2000.
