  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act abolishing unnecessary commissions,

  3         boards, and councils; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to abolish unnecessary

  5         commissions, boards, and councils; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to abolish

11  unnecessary commissions, boards, and councils.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
