  1              Senate Concurrent Resolution No.     

  2         A concurrent resolution reconfirming the

  3         appointment of John W. Turcotte as Director of

  4         the Office of Program Policy Analysis and

  5         Government Accountability.

  7         WHEREAS, The Joint Legislative Auditing Committee

  8  appointed John W. Turcotte as Director of the Office of

  9  Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability on

10  October 30, 1995, and

11         WHEREAS, Joint Rule 4.1(6) of the Florida Legislature

12  requires the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee to review

13  the performance of the Director of the Office of Program

14  Policy Analysis and Government Accountability every 4 years

15  and report as to whether he or she should continue to serve as

16  director, and

17         WHEREAS, the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee

18  recommends to the Legislature that John W. Turcotte continue

19  to serve in office as Director of the Office of Program Policy

20  Analysis and Government Accountability, NOW, THEREFORE,

21

22  Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Florida, the

23  House of Representatives Concurring:

24

25         That the appointment of John W. Turcotte as Director of

26  the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government

27  Accountability by the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee

28  under Joint Rule 4.1(6) of the Florida Legislature is

29  reconfirmed.
