11  Senator Horne moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 47, between lines 25 and 26,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 27.  Effective January 1, 2002, present

18  subsection (3) of section 607.1901, Florida Statutes, is

19  redesignated as subsection (4) and a new subsection (3) is

20  added to that section to read:

21         607.1901  Corporations Trust Fund creation; transfer of

22  funds.--

23         (3)  From the funds collected for annual-report fees

24  not otherwise transferred by subsection (2), the following

25  transfers are made:

26         (a)  To the Cultural Institutions Trust Fund, for use

27  by the Legislature in the following fiscal year in funding

28  recommendations with respect to the cultural facilities grants

29  and aid, an amount not to exceed $10 million each fiscal year.

30         (b)  To the Historical Resources Operating Trust Fund,

31  for use by the Legislature in the following fiscal year in

 1  funding recommendations with respect to the acquisition and

 2  restoration or historic properties, an amount not to exceed

 6  cooperative grants, literacy grants, and library construction

 7  grants, an amount not to exceed $10 million each fiscal year.
