14 On page 18, line 11, of the bill

16 after the period insert:
17 This delineation must include a plan for the community college
18 to provide guidance services regarding the selection of
19 courses in the dual enrollment program to participating
20 students. The process of community college guidance should
21 make maximum use of the Florida Academic Counseling and
22 Tracking System or an automated advisement system at the
23 community college. The plan must assure that each dual
24 enrollment student is encouraged to identify a postsecondary
25 education objective to guide the course selection. At a
26 minimum, each student's plan must include a list of courses
27 that will result in an applied technology diploma, a college
28 credit or vocational certificate, or an associate degree. If
29 the student identifies a baccalaureate degree as the
30 objective, the plan must include courses that will meet the
31 general education requirements and any prerequisite
