  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to workforce development;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact

  4         organizational and programmatic improvements to

  5         the workforce development system in the state;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  enact organizational and programmatic changes to the workforce

12  development system in order to improve the quality of the

13  workforce in the state and to facilitate the creation of

14  economic opportunities for residents of the state.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
