  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to economic development;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to foster

  4         economic development in the state; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  foster economic development in the state in order to create

11  employment and other economic opportunities for residents of

12  the state.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
