14         On page 5, between lines 4 and 5 of the bill

16  insert:  (c)  Appropriate from the General Revenue Fund to the

17  State Courts System an amount sufficient to fund 43 judges,

18  appointed or elected pursuant to chapters 25, 26, 34 and 35,

19  Florida Statutes, and essential staff, expenses, and costs as

20  determined by general law in fiscal year 2000-2001.
