  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the judiciary; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to prescribe definitions

  4         and statutory requirements in accordance with

  5         the 1998 amendments to Section 14 of Article V

  6         of the State Constitution; providing an

  7         effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  The Legislature expresses its intent to

12  define terms and establish requirements related to funding the

13  State Court System in accordance with Section 14 of Article V

14  of the State Constitution.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
