  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the judiciary; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to adopt a schedule for

  4         implementation of 1998 amendments to Section 14

  5         of Article V of the State Constitution which

  6         require state funding; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  In accordance with the requirements of

12  Section 25 of Article XII of the State Constitution, the

13  Legislature expresses its intent to adopt a schedule for the

14  implementation of the 1998 amendments to Section 14 of Article

15  V of the State Constitution which require state funding.

16         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
