  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the judiciary; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         related to the 1998 amendments to s. 14 of Art.

  5         V of the State Constitution; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature expresses its intent to

11  enact legislation related to funding the State Court System in

12  accordance with Section 14 of Article V of the State

13  Constitution.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
