13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 3, between lines 29 and 30,

15

16  insert:

17         (l)  A member of a Florida chapter of the American

18  Association of Retired Persons who has experience

19  administering a long-term care facility, appointed by the

20  Governor in consultation with the President of the Senate and

21  the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

22         (m)  An individual who has experience with periodic

23  review of nursing homes and other long-term care facilities,

24  appointed by the Attorney General.

25         (n)  A representative of the Florida Health Care

26  Association, appointed by the association.

27         (o)  A local volunteer long-term care ombudsman with at

28  least two years of experience in assisting residents of

29  nursing homes and assisted living facilities, appointed by the

30  State Long-Term Care Ombudsman.
