  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to rulemaking authority of the

  3         Department of Community Affairs (RAB);

  4         expressing the legislative intent to grant

  5         rulemaking authority to the Department of

  6         Community Affairs; providing an effective date.

  7

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  grant the Department of Community Affairs specific rulemaking

12  authority necessary to fulfill its statutory responsibilities.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
