14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 3, lines 16 through 31, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (3)  HOME INSPECTION SERVICES; STANDARDS OF

19  PRACTICE.--The minimum standards of practice for home

20  inspection services shall be the Standards of Practice for

21  Home Inspectors developed and adopted by rule by the Secretary

22  of Business and Professional Regulation by July 1, 2001.
