  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trust funds; declaring the

  3         legislative intent to create the Florida

  4         Tobacco Producers Compensation Trust Fund;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to create the

10  Florida Tobacco Producers Compensation Trust Fund.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
