  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to tobacco producers; declaring

  3         legislative intent with respect to a program to

  4         provide relief to tobacco producers and tobacco

  5         quota holders; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws in

10  order to design and implement a program to provide relief for

11  tobacco producers and tobacco quota holders in this state.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
