14         On page 6, lines 13 and 14,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         6.  Contingent upon annual appropriation, the

19  department may approve refunds up to the amount appropriated

20  for this refund program based on the filing of an application

21  pursuant to this paragraph. No refund shall be made with

22  respect to any application received by the department in any

23  year after the funds appropriated for that year have been

24  exhausted.

25         7.  This paragraph is repealed June 30, 2005.
