14         On page 25, line 31,

16  insert:  The third-party administrator or its affiliate or a

17  subcontractor of the third party administrator shall not be an

18  approved provider and shall not establish or maintain a

19  financial relationship or contractual agreement with a

20  provider for the purpose of this section.
