13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 10, between lines 24 and 25,

16  insert:

17         Section 9.  An individual or a business that sells a

18  used major appliance, including, but not limited to, a

19  refrigerator, stove, washing machine, or clothes dryer, must

20  promptly give the purchaser a full refund of the sales price

21  if the purchaser returns the appliance and requests a refund

22  within 7 business days after the date of purchase.
