18 Section 2. Subsection (12) is added to section
19 810.011, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 810.011 Definitions.--As used in this chapter:
21 (12) "Authorized person" means any owner or relative
22 of an owner, any agent, or any law enforcement officer whose
23 department has received written authorization to communicate
24 an order to leave the property, in the case of a threat to the
25 public's safety or welfare, from the owner or his or her
26 agent.
