13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 16, between lines 29 and 30, of the bill

15

16  insert:  Subsection 190.004(2), Florida Statutes is amended to

17  read:

18         Section 8.    The adoption of chapter 84-360, Laws of

19  Florida This act does not affect the validity of the

20  establishment of any community development district or other

21  special district existing on June 29, 1984; and existing

22  community development districts will continue to be subject to

23  the provisions of chapter 80-407, Laws of Florida 190, as

24  amended.  All actions taken prior to July 1, 2000, by a

25  community development district existing on June 29, 1984, if

26  taken pursuant to the authority contained in chapter 80-407 or

27  this chapter are hereby deemed to have adequate statutory

28  authority.

29         Nothing herein shall affect the validity of any

30  outstanding indebtedness of a community development district

31  established prior to June 29, 1984, and such district is

 1  hereby authorized to continue to comply with all terms and

 2  requirements of trust indentures or loan agreements relating

 3  to such outstanding indebtedness.

 9  remove from the title of the bill:  all of said line

11  and insert in lieu thereof:

12         and impact fees; providing exceptions; amending
