  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to postgraduate degree

  3         programs; authorizing creation of a Master of

  4         Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Florida

  5         International University; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Pursuant to the requirement of section

11  240.209(3)(c), Florida Statutes, the Board of Regents is

12  authorized to establish a program leading to a Master of

13  Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Florida

14  International University.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
