14         On page 9, lines 22 and 23

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  franchise.  Funds may be used to

18  relocate a retained spring training franchise to another unit

19  of local government only if the existing unit of local

20  government with the retained spring training franchise agrees

21  to the relocation.
