15         On page 3, lines 27-31, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (a)  A state university or independent college or

19  university that contains a state-approved educator-preparation

20  program, or a state community college that offers courses that

21  apply toward such a program, is eligible for a grant to

22  implement the pilot program by working with firms that employ

23  professionals or that represent employees. The
