14         On page 5, between lines 13 and 14,

16  insert:

17         Section 22.  The Public Health Institute at Florida

18  Agricultural and Mechanical University, and the building or

19  the portion of any building in which the institute is housed,

20  is designated as the "James T. Hargrett, Jr., Public Health

21  Institute."

22         Section 23.  The IFAS North Florida Research and

23  Education Center located at Quincy, Florida, is designated as

24  the "Fount May, Sr., Research Center."
