13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 64, lines 13-17, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  State of Florida described in s. 240.711, $2.2

17  million, and for state-owned cultural facilities assigned to

18  the Department of State, which receive a portion of any

19  operating funds from the Department of State and one of the

20  primary purposes of which is the presentation of fine arts or

21  performing arts, $500,000 not less than $2.2 million.
