  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to information technology;

  3         providing legislative intent to foster business

  4         development, retention, and recruitment among

  5         information technologies; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  establish information technology policies that will foster

12  business development, retention, and recruitment in this

13  state.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
