14         On page 2, line 17, of the bill

16  after the period insert:  Residents of each facility

17  authorized in this subsection to conduct bingo games shall

18  establish and maintain a resident benefit fund which shall not

19  be commingled with any other funds and shall not be accessible

20  for any purpose to the facility or any of its employees,

21  officers, managers or any person who is not a resident. The

22  resident benefit fund shall be accessible to only those

23  residents specifically authorized by majority vote of the

24  residents to manage the resident benefit fund.
