  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to information technology;

  3         providing legislative intent relating to access

  4         and awareness of information technologies;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  foster awareness and access to information technologies to all

11  Floridians in this state.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
