  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to information technology;

  3         providing legislative intent relating to

  4         administrative and regulatory legal issues

  5         among information technologies; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  establish information technology policies that will protect

12  and serve the public in administrative and regulatory arenas

13  in this state.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
