14 On page 2, between lines 17 and 18, of the bill

17 Section 5. Section 790.146, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 790.146 Crimes in health care facilities; possession
20 of weapons; penalties.--
21 (1) Unless otherwise provided by law, any person who
22 is willfully in possession of a concealed "firearm," as
23 defined in s. 790.001(6), or a "destructive device," as
24 defined in s. 790.001(4), within the premises of a "health
25 care provider," as defined in s. 408.701(13), is guilty of a
26 felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s.
27 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
28 (2) The provisions of this section do not apply:
29 (a) To any law enforcement officer;
30 (b) To any person employed and authorized by the
31 owner, operator, or manager of a health care provider to carry
