  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to information technology;

  3         providing legislative intent relating to

  4         criminal and civil legal impacts in information

  5         technologies; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  establish information-technology policies that, through the

11  civil and criminal remedies, will protect and serve the

12  businesses and residents in this state.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
