  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Acme Improvement District,

  3         Palm Beach County; amending chapter 28557, Laws

  4         of Florida, 1953, as amended; expanding the

  5         boundaries of said district, including

  6         transferring land from the Lake Worth Drainage

  7         District to the Acme Improvement District;

  8         amending chapter 98-525, Laws of Florida,

  9         re-creating the Lake Worth Drainage District;

10         providing an effective date.

12  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13

14         Section 1.  Section 1 of chapter 28557, Laws of

15  Florida, 1953, as amended, is amended by adding additional

16  paragraphs to read:

17         Section 1.

18         The territorial limits of Acme Improvement District

19  shall also embrace and include those parcels of land described

20  as follows:

22         PARCEL 1:

23         TRACTS 25,26,27,28,29,30,31, AND 32, BLOCK 26,

24         THE PALM BEACH FARMS CO. PLAT NO. 3, AS

25         RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 45 THROUGH 54,

  1  benefit the lands being included within the boundaries of the

  2  district by this act.

  3         Section 3.  The above described parcels of land are

  4  removed and deleted from within the boundary lines of Lake

  5  Worth Drainage District, a corporation under the drainage laws

  6  of the State of Florida, existing in Palm Beach County, as

  7  re-created by chapter 98-525, Laws of Florida.

  8         Section 4.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

  9  law.
