12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 4, between lines 28 and 29,

17  insert:

18         (c)  A faith-based organization that has entered into a

19  contract with an agency or political subdivision of this

20  state, or that accepts certificates, warrants, or other

21  disbursements described in subsection (1), shall not

22  discriminate against an individual in rendering assistance

23  funded under any program on the basis of religion, a religious

24  belief, or refusal to actively participate in a religious

25  practice.
