14         On page 2, between lines 15 & 16 of the bill

16  insert:  (8)  An athlete agent shall not enter into an agent

17  contract between a student athlete prior to commencement of

18  the student athlete's final year of academic studies unless

19  the student or athlete agent repays the state for the student

20  athlete's intercollegiate scholarship, with 10 percent

21  interest.
