11  Senator Klein moved the following amendment:

14         On page 3, lines 12-15, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  monthly to the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for

17  Municipalities pursuant to s. 218.215. If the total revenue to

18  be distributed pursuant to this subparagraph is at least as

19  great as the amount due from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund

20  for Municipalities and the Municipal Financial Trust Fund in

21  state fiscal year 1999-2000, no municipality shall receive

22  less than the amount due from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund

23  for Municipalities and the Municipal Financial Trust Fund in

24  state fiscal year 1999-2000. If the total proceeds to be

25  distributed are less than the amount received in combination

26  from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Municipalities and the

27  Municipal Financial Trust Fund in state fiscal year 1999-2000,

28  each municipality shall receive an amount proportionate to the

29  amount it was due in state fiscal year 1999-2000.
